Mail Order:
If you prefer to not conduct an electronic transaction at all, please print out your order form and mail it with a check or money order made out to: VermontPet.com. As soon as we receive your order and confirmation of payment, your order will be shipped in 24 hours.

Fax Order:
After printing your order form, fill it out and fax it to us at 802-683-9373. Simply mail us a copy of the order you faxed along with your check or money order made out to: VermontPet.com. After receipt and confirmation of your payment, we will ship your order out that day.

Returns:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within thirty days and we will gladly refund your payment or provide an exchange. Please give us a call, or include a note with the returned item, so we can make the appropriate arrangements for a return or replacement. Most importantly, we want to know why you were not satisfied with your purchase. Your satisfaction is our greatest concern!

Orders to outside of the United States have additional shipping charges. International Restrictions:
Some restrictions may apply to international orders. To make shopping easier for you, we recommend you contact our customer service department at (802)683-9373 to confirm that we are able to ship your desired item(s) to you. If we determine - after you have placed your order - that we are unable to ship your desired item(s) to you, we will notify you by e-mail or standard mail and refund your payment.
